Team Notes is a Revit plugin to add public and private notes on a Revit project.

Team Notes is an addin that allows you to save project-wide notes and associate Revit Elements to them. Other users can then read your note and zoom-highlight the note’s Elements. The notes can be used for various purposes but mainly serve to communicate information to all the users of the project.
The free version allows you to view notes created by others. Simply instruct your viewers to install Team Notes and they’ll be able to see your notes.
What can I do with it?
- Highlight Elements that have significance
- Make a Todo List for yourself (coming soon)
- List and track the Tasks to be done by your team (coming soon)
- Make a Request List for a team from another firm
- Add Disclaimers and General Notes for different companies working on the same project
- Create Private and encrypted notes only visible to you and anyone you share the key with
- View Notes created by others
NOTES:
- Specify a quantity for the number of machines that will be activated. You can activate and deactivate a machine in the ‘Licensing’ window once the addin is installed.
- You will need an internet connection for activations or deactivations and when Revit boots up.
- The same setup file is used for all Revit Versions.
- If you need a version for previous Revit years, let us know!
